1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and j3ace ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the j3ace online gaming platform accessible at j3ace.cam and associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the j3ace Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to users via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of j3ace services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 Legal Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, access, or use j3ace services. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gambling regulations and is strictly enforced. By registering with j3ace, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid government-issued identification demonstrating legal age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not legally prohibited from gambling under any applicable law. You are accessing j3ace services from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and permitted. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions

j3ace services are intended solely for users physically located in the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at our discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access j3ace gaming services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile telephone number registered in your name, residential address within the Philippines, and creation of a secure password meeting our security requirements. You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j3ace account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify j3ace of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. j3ace shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

j3ace is required to verify the identity of all users in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming policies. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents including Philippine passport, driver's license issued by Land Transportation Office, or Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) ID upon request. Proof of address may be required, such as recent utility bills or bank statements. KYC verification must be completed before processing your first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of request may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

j3ace accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine users: GCash e-wallet, PayMaya e-wallet, bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits must originate from financial accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise specified. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Standard accounts have daily deposit limits which may be increased for verified VIP members. Deposits are typically processed instantly for e-wallet transactions and within 1-3 hours for bank transfers. j3ace reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at our discretion, particularly where we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

4.3 Deposit Fees

j3ace does not charge fees for deposits made using GCash, PayMaya, or direct bank transfers from major Philippine banks. However, your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5. Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Gaming Policy

All games offered on the j3ace Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and other reputable software suppliers. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by j3ace or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently tested and verified for each game. RTP information is available within each game's information section.

5.2 Betting Limits and Rules

Each game has specified minimum and maximum betting limits displayed within the game interface. Betting limits may vary based on game type, table selection, and user account tier. Black Diamond VIP members may qualify for increased betting limits at exclusive tables. All bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. j3ace reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected irregular betting patterns or abuse.

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, error, or technical issue affecting game outcome, all bets on the affected game round are void. Players will be refunded the amount of their stake for voided games. j3ace's liability is limited to refunding affected stakes; we are not liable for potential winnings or any indirect losses. Players must report suspected malfunctions to customer support immediately.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your j3ace account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Maximum withdrawal limits are PHP 50,000 per transaction for standard accounts, PHP 100,000 per transaction for VIP accounts, and unlimited for Black Diamond VIP members. Withdrawals must be made to a financial account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified j3ace account information.

6.2 Withdrawal Timeframes

j3ace processes withdrawal requests as follows: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5-15 minutes, PayMaya withdrawals within 10-20 minutes, and bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks within 1-3 hours during business hours. Black Diamond VIP members receive priority processing with 5-10 minute average processing times. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, weekends, or Philippine public holidays. First withdrawals require completed KYC verification which may extend processing time by 24-48 hours.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

j3ace does not charge fees for withdrawals to GCash, PayMaya, or major Philippine banks for standard and VIP account holders. Black Diamond VIP members enjoy unlimited free withdrawals. However, excessive withdrawal requests (more than 5 per day) may incur a PHP 100 processing fee per transaction.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

j3ace offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits while bonus is active. Bonus terms are clearly displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming any bonus. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) which must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20X means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times). Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Wagering contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

j3ace has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using irregular betting patterns designed to artificially complete wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus terms. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent account closure.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

j3ace is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players who may be at risk of developing gambling problems. We provide tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. We encourage all players to set personal limits and seek help if gambling becomes problematic.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players may request self-exclusion from j3ace for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to customer support and will be implemented within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or claim bonuses. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed once implemented. After the self-exclusion period expires, accounts are not automatically reopened; you must contact support to request account reactivation.

8.3 Minor Protection

j3ace strictly prohibits individuals under 21 years of age from accessing the Platform. We implement age verification procedures and may request identification at any time. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the j3ace Platform, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, software, and game content, is the property of j3ace or our licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform, attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any game or system, colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent betting practices, using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities, abusing bonuses or promotional offers, creating multiple accounts, using offensive, threatening, or abusive language in chat features, sharing account credentials or allowing third-party access to your account, and accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, j3ace, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform, any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your j3ace account in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless j3ace, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform, including your betting activities, any content you submit, and any breach of any representation or warranty contained herein.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and j3ace customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by j3ace, constitute the entire agreement between you and j3ace concerning use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and j3ace's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. j3ace may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without your consent.
